Marcelo allows his imagination and yours to roam freely against the backdrop of the Andean landscape. His figures often appear suspended in a manner that invites interpretations of surreal and magical situations. He has exhibited extensively in Latin America, Europe, Canada and the US. Marcelo’s work can be found in Museums in Latin America as well as corporate and private collections around the world. He was recently featured in an exhibit at a public gallery in Mexico and will exhibit at a public gallery in Bolivia in summer 2009. |
Special 4th Anniversary Event, Silent Auction: June 25 – July 16, 2009
Bidding begins at the opening reception on June 25, 6 – 9 p.m.

The 4th anniversary event for the Spence Gallery will be a silent auction taking place over three weeks. Twenty (20) pieces of various sizes and prices will be included in the auction. Bidding will begin at an opening reception on June 25. The public is invited to visit the gallery and continue bidding over a three week period. All bidding will conclude at a closing reception on July 16. |
